 Aging Services-Boulder County Boulder County Aging Services Division, the Area Agency on Aging for Boulder County offers a variety of programs and services for older adults, caregivers, and the community. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization serving adolescents and adults. We are available 24/7 to receive emergency calls relating to psychiatric and substance abuse crises and schedule level-of-care assessments 7 days a week. Second Wind Foundation The Second Wind Foundation will pay for private therapy sessions for a student 19 or under that is referred by a school counselor as being suicidal.
