 Centennial Peaks Hospital Centennial Peaks Hospital has been in Louisville for over 18 years providing inpatient and intensive outpatient assistance for mental health and chemical dependency issues. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization serving adolescents and adults. We are available 24/7 to receive emergency calls relating to psychiatric and substance abuse crises and schedule level-of-care assessments 7 days a week.
